Two Experiences
We're currently in our soft opening phase. Each evening is dedicated to one menu — either The Tide or The Flame — prepared fresh for your party by the chef. The counter seats up to 14, and every seating begins at 6:00 PM.
The Tide

Our ingredients are sourced from Japan and flown in fresh for each evening, so the menu may shift slightly depending on what's best that week. Prices are based on seasonality and availability. A 10% service charge applies.
Party Size
Private counter: 8–14 guests, full counter reserved for your party. Shared evenings: 1–7 seats per booking.
For smaller groups, our Shared Evenings may be a better fit.
Advance Notice
We ask for at least 1 week's notice so we can source and prepare your ingredients from Japan. Your booking will be reconfirmed by text closer to the date.
Deposit & Cancellation
A deposit is required to confirm private reservations — details shared upon acceptance. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
Drinks
We welcome guests to bring wines, Champagne or sake that hold personal significance.
Corkage is ₱1,000 per 750ml bottle. For every bottle purchased during your dinner, one bottle of corkage will be waived.
